Back For More
So my summer vacation is over and now it's time to hit the ground running. Just as I do I am slowed immediately with a cold and can only listen to my body. They are also finishing up with the construction on the house next door so the noise has come to a bare minimum so getting back on with the videos is finally here!! I am looking to start making new videos as of next week Friday so expect something new very soon. In the mean time feel free to send in any requests. I hope you have had a wonderful summer, I know I did. Now it's just time to try to find my routine and rhythm again.

Summer Break
Ciao Italia.
So I am off in a few days to Italy for two weeks and won't be around much or connected to the interwebs. The group lessons are obviously canceled but things will kick back up the last week of August. As far as the lessons online go, I will begin to make new videos in early September and most likely change the layout completely. As usual I will ask you more questions and keep you posted. I will be checking email from time to time but will try to stay disconnected from the grid as much as possible. If you need anything of have any questions just let me know and I will get back as soon as I can. Enjoy the rest of your summer and I will be back to the normal swing of things, if not a bit more faster and better, in September.

Let's Talk
So since I have slowed things down due to the summer and the noise I am kind of missing the weekly contact. If any of you would like a chat via skype or some other chat platform let me know. I'd be happy to talk with you about yoga in any respect. The noise is coming to an end, finally, so I know I will be back up and running as usual by the end of August after I return from my summer vacation. Also, I'd like to talk about the layout of the site. I may give it some more changes in the coming months so some feedback would be nice. Enjoy the rest of the summer and just be in touch if you want to chat.
